mark was my sevice tech., he came to the house to service my a/c unit. he was very professional and to the point. Any question that was asked was answered with knowledge and through explanation. I have never had a service tech. treat me as if he knew me for years. These days it's hard to trust people. But I felt that I was given an ohnest answer and explaination of what the problem was. I would and will highly recomend this company to anyone for their needs.
