Upon invitation to interview for an exciting and challenging new position, I contacted Nick Parham for Interview Coaching. A colleague had worked with him to prepare for a round of difficult interviews preceding a large promotion and reported amazing (and successful) results. My interview was for the most exciting position I’ve ever had, and I felt confident that working with Nick would increase my chances of getting the job.
Nick’s ability to pinpoint my strengths and teach me how to assert them was eye-opening. His interview coaching gave me the confidence to sell my attributes, speak definitely about my successes, and show the company how I was the best person for the job.
Throughout the interview I was confident, free from anxiety, and prepared for every challenging question they had. I was so impressed by what Nick’s coaching brought out in me, and my interviewers were as well. A week later, I was offered the job. I know it is because of the work I did with Nick.
