After meeting with Jay to discuss our windows options my wife and I decided to use Jay for windows, siding, doors, kitchen and to assist as a overall consultant/project manager. The amount of money he has saved us on the project and advice he has supplied would conservatively range between 50-100,000 dollars. I would recommended his services to anyone. Jay possesses a in depth knowledge of construction/remodeling and partnered with us to deliver a project that many general contractors did not want to touch. We have worked with over 10 different subcontracters on this project and Jay was the best
