Serious Safety Issues? - broncos? - Today\r
I HAD my child at this center until one evening I was there to take my child home and it was just my child and one teacher left at the center. I went to use the restroom and as I walked into the dark restroom, looking for the light switch, I walked right into a strange man standing in the childrens restroom, in the dark. Talk about scary! It seemed as if the guy was hiding until my child was gone because I found out that the teacher is his girlfriend or wife. I naturally called the ""owner"" of the facility and ended up having a confrontational conversation with the husband of the owner.?. Another weird scenario. They ""owners"" basically said that the guy that was hiding in the restroom was a good guy and that he was there to repair something in the bathroom. Oh ok...no tools, no work clothes....I think that is odd behavior and I definitely don't want my child around uncertain, nonemployees of the center. So, I filed a complaint with the Dept. Human Serv. Division. The husband of the owner called my cell phone in a one hour spam approx.5-7 times. Then they told me to come and pick my child up with-in one hour because I was causing trouble. Wow....how about safety for our children??? Oh I forgot, they just want the money. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone! I forgot to mention, they watch ALOT OF television (cartoons). Our hard earned money going down the drain! Do your research before placing your child(en) in a facility!!! I recommend My Other Mother in Rogers, AR....they are a top knotch learning center!!!
