I really couldn't recommend this place with any honesty. Yes, if there is no way you can afford anything more then the economy package, then you have no choice. Plan on waiting very long in the waiting room and plan on rushed work and poor service.
i went there to get top dentures, called for an appointment and was told to come in Jan. 24th. I explained to them that I had dentures made earlier and couldn't wear all them time, as they only held with that glue stuff (they were only temps and my gums were healed now) and it made me sick. They said that their dentures didn't need it, as they were made to be held in with suction. so i ordered them . i had the basic stuff done, imprint ect. they told me to wait in the waiting room till they checked to make sure the imprint was ok. Waited about 25 minutes, they told me i could leave. i left there and drove the 40 minute drive home. i was home about 15 minutes and got a call from them, saying i had to come in the next day as the imprint was not any good, I explained that i had waited for the ok to leave, no reasponse. OK went in the next day 40 minutes to and 60 minutes back due to traffic, got another imprint. Went back next day to get the dentures. they felt ok on the first try. took them home and found whenever I talked above a whisper, they would fall out. slept with them in, wore them as much as i could to see if they would start to fit better. they didn't. So about month later (they give you 60 days free adjustments)I called and told them the issue, they said to come in the next thursday at 11 AM. I got there at 11 and was in the waiting room till 2:15 before getting called in. 2 hours and 15 minutes. When I got in there, i was asked how things were and said i really wasn't too thrilled about waiting over 2 hours, No response. I think it was oh. not sorry or anything like that.What did they do to fix them, went out and came back with that glue powder all over them and that was the solution. i was told my pallette wasn't big enough to not be able to use the glue. I never did see a dentist, only some receptionist that kept calling me hon. If they had told me in the first place my palette was too small and i would have to use the glue, i would have just kept using the ones I had. Now I put them in for looks, but have to take them out to talk to anyone or eat, as the glue makes me gag. by the time i got home after she put that glue stuff in, i was almost puking.
what really got me was the 2 plus hour wait and the fact that i could tell her job was to get rid of me without bothering the doctor. they already had my money and had no more use for me. i was in the waiting room for 2 hours 15 minutes, but was in the chair for less then 10. as I should have been told before the purchase that they would not stay in without glue. wqhile i was waiting the 2 hours, A father and daughter next to me, who were in there before me left. I don't know how long they were there before me, but it must have been a while. I also noticed some people who came in after me were called in before, guess they didn't have their money yet. i have no idea how things work there. I do know they don't seem to care about it though.
