After visiting the mall, my girlfriend and I decided to give Twisted Fork a try. We eat out frequently and this was a disappointment. The atmosphere here is good, the desserts were good, the food was OK but pricey. The service is slow (this isn't fine dining) inattentiveness from hostesses, management and servers. The worst part about it was not the food it was the STRAWBERRY LEMONADE my girlfriend ordered!!! It took the server forever to bring (AT LEAST 15 MINUTES). This drink is prepared by the bartender, hence the price $3.50 with no liquor. Another patron ordered the same thing and asked for a shot of vodka to go with it., mind you cannot get a refill thats another $3.50. The servers need to tell you that upfront before suggesting it to you. However the rootbeer soda is very good. The Cesar Salad I ordered wasn't made with Romaine Lettuce it came with Spring Mix. My suggestion is to eat somewhere else. If you're gonna rob me at least use a gun and a ski mask. Rocky Top puts to much emphasis on decor and not the quality of food. These are upscale/pricey environments that the customer pays for. Do yourself a favor for the service,food quality & prices here EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
