Dined at Twisted Fork back in Jan 04...not to long after the restaurant opened. The service was great, the food was similar to what you can expect at any of the other restaurants that these guys own; Bogarts, Vivo, Michael Deans...The ambience could be one of the best in the Triangle, with the Market on site, I liked being able to pick out my food, literally. This place is buzzing at night, so try it for yourself and see if you like it
