Review content:
We went to Fujiyama on Friday night. The place was busy but not slammed (we were seated right away). The waitress took an unusually long time to stop by initially, but took our drink orders. We turned in our sushi menu to the sushi chef and then waited for our drinks. We had sushi before we had drinks. It a was very disappointing experience since this was our first trip to Fuji since they opened in the newly remodeled building. \r

The decor was very nice as was the atmosphere and food, but our timely wait service left a lot to be desired.
Pros: Great location and nice atosmosphere
Cons: Slow wait staff
