I ate at Bella twice. I don't know how I ended up there the second time because the food was very bad for the price I paid for it. Absolutely no customer service at all. This place has awful management and they screwed up reservations two out of two times I went. My girlfriend and I had spaghetti and fettuccini Alfredo and some soda and it was over 70 dollars. Our server was such a bimbo, she kept serving us the wrong drinks and when I ordered lemonade, she brought me a long island (i am 19). \r

When I asked for a refund, the claimed they would send me one. I never received it in the mail, and when I called a few weeks later the store manager ignored me. \r

This place looks like a cave, and it definitely feels like one because there is a bunch of trolls running around serving minors crappy food and alcohol. Do not waste any time or money in Bella.\r
