I was looking for a car I could use for work and when looking online I found what seemed to be a great deal on a car I liked. My girlfriend called and they confirmed that they had the car listed on the internet. They even offered to stay because we were driving 60 miles to get there. When we got there, the car wasn't even there. So we waited and finally the owner ""Chuck"" brought it. It said that the car was 3499 but on the website it said 2799. No big deal. We took it for a test drive and it seemed to run really good. We started negotiating and he wouldn't even offer the warranty that said ""included"" right on the windshield because of the price we wanted the car for. After and hour and a half we finally got the car where we wanted it ""with"" a warranty. Before we left he said, don't use the warranty until you get the card in the mail. Sounded weird but whatever, so after a month of not getting the so called card in the mail I called the warranty company. They said they never recieved paperwork. So after 3 months of trying to find out why they didn't send it in, we called the credit card company and the issued the money we paid for it and refunded us. 2 weeks later we get a call on our machine from Ryan Family auto saying why did we get a refund, that they sent it in and we always had a warranty but the funny thing was I even called the warranty company after that and they hadn't recieved anyting still. Needless to say they tried to rip us off and we ended up wining in the long run.\r Bad Place to ever even think about getting a car from and don't let the prices fool you. It is a dump and the people there are worthless to deal with!!! Cons: Everything
