Between the rudeness and the lack of knowledge on the employees part, we feel our pet allowances are better spent elsewhere. I was recently told I purchased a doe bunny, however, after adding another doe to be a friend, we discovered they'd actually sold us a buck. Returns are looked down upon, even if the item is damaged and it was unfortunately that way when it was purchased. Who really looks over everything they purchase? Most people assume it's in the proper condition. Their birds are the most unfriendly of any we've purchased from 8 different sources! I will absolutely not go back or recommend it to anyone!
