Review content:
I selected this company to install new locks in my home based on three positive citysearch reviews. I will never make that mistake again. This was the worst experience of my move and I had to deal with Comcast. I called them three days before my move to schedule an appointment. We agreed on a specific time for my appointment. The day of the appointment the time came and passed. After 15 minutes I called to check in. I was told I would hear back. I had to call again 5 minutes later when nobody called me back to let me know what was going on. I eventually heard from someone who was 45 minutes away. This would have made him over an hour late for the appointment. I canceled the appointment. The next day I got a call from the company offering me 15% off if I reschedule the appointment. I agreed as long as I got a call 30 minutes before the appointment letting me know the lock smith would be on time. I was assured both this and someone being on time. Come the day of the appointment and the same exact thing happens again. I call after 15 minutes to learn the locksmith is 45 minutes away. When I asked the locksmith why he did not honor an appointment I was told this was simply a dispatch service that contracts out it's business. If I called him directly he would be on time for the appointment. He only goes when they call him. When I confronted the poor operator about this she had nothing to say and probably because she has no idea. BEWARE: they do not honor appointments. They don't do what they say they are going to do and they are only a dispatch service. Save yourself the hassle and call the locksmith directly!
