Review content:
I signed up for the $49.99 per month unlimited car wash service. In order to get out of it you have to give a month's notice before they stop charging you. However, they never stopped charging me even when I physically went back into the location to sign the cancellation form (because you can't quit your membership over the phone). I've called them about 9 times so far and I never get a live person, always the answering machine. I'm going to have to go back into Sky to talk to someone and look over their shoulder while they refund me the money they took. If you don't monitor what they do with your finances they take as much as possible!
Very (un-necessarily) frustrating experience.
If you're considering signing up with Sky, just don't plan on ever cancelling your membership.
