I have waited at home for three days since my appointment to have my car picked up and detailed. Nobody called to let me know they were not coming. Every time I called, they had an excuse. Yesterday it was rain (it was definitely raining). Today it was rain (it's not raining). \r
I'm trying to sell my car right away, and I told George that I didn't mind if it gets rained on, because I need to get it sold and I'm primarily concerned about the interior. I wasn't accusatory, just letting him know the facts. He was extremely rude, and said ""Well, you just need to find someone who likes working in the rain, then!"" and HUNG UP ON ME!\r
I don't see how someone can stay in business and treat people this way.\r
