Everyone at Dr. Helliwell's office is always helpful. I like that Dr. H is always ready to listen to my questions and answer them. I don't mind waiting the few times I have had to wait, because I know that when I needed him to spend extra time with me, he did it without a second thought. His personality is dry, and some people take that as rude, but his actions show that he is willing to take that time, listen to his patients, and offer whatever assistance he can. Doing what he does, he has to be careful how involved and caring he acts or he could get accused of other things. He has to walk a fine line in his specialty.
