Review content:
With it being the coldest day of the year, I know all repair shops are flodded with calls right now. When I received a call from my mother, telling me she had no heat, I got right on it. I was told they were pretty booked up, but maybe they could get out there today. I needed more than a "Maybe". They said they would "Do their Best", and I explained to them that a 78 year old woman was without heat right now. There was no compassion, and No Professionalism here. Steer clear of this one!!!
