I have been going to Positive Changes for a little over 2 weeks and have already lost one pant size.I don't know how it works but it does. I have tried pretty much every diet out there in the past with little or no success. I would definitely recommend Positive Change to anyone.I feel so much better about myself,I'm more motivated,I look forward to exercising everyday and I have a lot more energy.Everyone in the office is so nice and understanding,I look forward to going every week.
