Review content:
I have tried a variety of diets over the years but every time I gained the weight back and then some. My cravings for certain foods never went away. Within three weeks after my initial session I had lost 8 pounds and no longer crave chocolate or desserts. I stop half way through a meal because I recognize that I'm full and I have no desire to try and finish the rest of the food on my plate. I immediately gave up sodas and sweets and began to crave salads, veggies, fruit and water to drink. The biggest benefit of it all is that I don't MISS anything and I don't CRAVE anything, so there is absolutely nothing I'm depriving myself of. I eat whatever I want, the difference is, I only want healthy things and I only eat what I need to feel full. I'm excited to see what happens over the next few months, but having started the program, I can see why people have lifelong results. It's about changing how you look at food. For me, food is no longer a focus, it's an afterthought.
