I started at positive changes at my husbands recommendation for weight loss and am amazed at how much better I feel. I'm only losing about a pound/week which is slower than any diet I've been on but then I don't feel like I'm on a diet so that means it is finally a life change not just something I do for a while and then gain everything back after I've quit dieting! PLUS I am sleeping better, have more energy and a much more positive attitude. On a side note Edward, one of their hypnotist, has such a relaxation inducing melodious voice that Patrick should consider have him tape a series of tapes.
