I started positive changes about 3 months ago, I started to feel the changes after the first session! My friends and family have noticed a change as well. I don't feel a slave to the snack monster! lol I have already started losing weight. I feel better it is awsome how well this works! I too have tried every diet i could but nothing lasted. Then i realized I needed to change my way of thinking. You dont even think about trying to eat right, trying to drink more water, or trying to stay out of the cookie jar..... you just do!
