I have been with this company for several years. There have been a few instances where e we have had a need that has taken a few calls to get that need met, a non- emergency. However the front desk staff along with the entire staff as a whole has really helped my family any time we have needed help. I also do realize that they use other companies for repairs and we to are at the mercy of their schedules. I think that if you have the poor attitude you in return get what you put out maybe try to look at all the great things the people have done for you instead of the negative, in life sometimes we just do not get our way. ( breaking a lease, ECT) But as far a Walker is concerned I have referred and will continue to reefer family and friends. \r
