Review content:
Went there to get a french manicure and pay for manicures for all of my bridesmaids as part of their gift. I prepaid for all of the manicures and the manicurist's tip because I didn't want to dig for my credit card after the nails were done.
First of all, I had booked this months in advance so I arranged for two manicurists to be working at the same time. When we got there we found out there was only one girl (her name is Nicole - never ever get your nails done by her) to work on everyone (there were 5 of us).
The first girl went and got a regular manicure which turned out OK but how can you really screw up applying one color? However, it took an HOUR. Next I went, another HOUR AND A HALF later (keep in mind another 3 girls had to go after me and it was already 7 pm) my nails looked like I had done them with my left hand (I'm right-handed). They line was not straight and there was cotton stuck in some of them!!! I was on the verge of tears and asked her to fix them, which is when she proceeded to file all of my nails down!
I had to get up and leave to go somewhere else, there was no way she could fix them , however they would not refund the $178 I paid!!! It was not until 2 WEEKS later that they finally refunded $131, which meant I basically paid $47 for one regular manicure. Oh and by the way, they originally tried to charge me $55 PER MANICURE for a "special bridal package" manicure. I asked them what the difference between that and the $24 manicure they have listed on their website and she said she couldn't tell me because she didn't know!! So she talked to a manager and said they could give me a "special deal" for $28 for a regular manicure and $33 for a french manicure.
It was no special deal for the horrible job Nicole did and the terrible customer service I had to deal with. I went to Pro-Nails on Pauline Drive and $72 and only ONE HOUR later all 4 remaining girls were able to get their nails done beautifully!!!
Pros: Absolutely non
Cons: Will not give full refunds, Terrible customer service and management, Terrible manicurist
