Rosalie is faaaannn--tastic! I had a last minute request for same day delivery of flowers to Tomball Hospital. We just received news our client had a heart attack and we wanted to send flowers. It was 4:30pm and we found out our client was being discharged the following morning so the delivery window was very tight.\r

Rosalie found the perfect arrangement and made it happen. She asked what room the client was in...I told her he was in CCU et cetera. She stated that he may not be able to receive flowers. She even called the hospital...while I was on the phone...to get confirmation of the room he was in. Wha-lah! She confirmed he was in a differenct area, and yes, could receive our flowers. This all took place in under 5 minutes. May I say...Rosalie made this experience quick and easy...and did it all with a smile. I could hear it beaming through the phone! \r
