Billy is by far the most thorough locksmith out there. We have been through a few with the older doors on our home and upon seeing the reviews here gave him a call. He followed up as promised on the day we discussed. He spent the time needed to fully dismantle and rebuild our older lock. He was courteous, professional and very thorough..and after having to spend over an hour at our home...extremely reasonable. Billy could be like those other ""charge and run"" locksmiths but he shows a pride and commitment to service in his work that eclipses all our other experiences. You can't go wrong in calling Billy and Countrywide.
