On the morning of my daughter's wedding, the hairstylist/makeup artist was to come to our house at 7am to do my daughter's hair and makeup and also the hair and makeup of the girls standing up with her. When she didn't show up by 7:15, my daughter phoned her. Turns out, though she had actual e-mails with the date in black and white, she thought the wedding was the next day and was unable to come this day. We were all in a panic as to what to do. I had just recently discovered Jeffery Michaels Salon. Katy, who is terrific at color, had helped me out of a botched hair color job. So I called Katy to see if there was a chance she could help us out of this situation as well. Katy was wonderful. She got the ball rolling. She said to come right over and someone there would get the job done. When we walked in, one of the owner's was there and when he saw my daughter's tear-streaked face, he said, ""You don't want to have red, puffy eyes at your wedding, do you?"" He proceeded to tell her to sit down, relax and they would take care of everything. AND THEY DID! The girls involved, Katy, Emily, and Brittney did an outstanding job and were so nice and accommodating. My daughter and her maid of honor looked fabulous. I can't think of any other salon that would have been this accommodating and do such a professional job on such short notice. WE THANK YOU ALL. You made such a wonderful difference in our big day. You are truly an outstanding salon!
