I recently went to Mariam to highlight my hair because of all the fabulous reviews on this website. I thought this site and its users would give me some good advice... I was wrong. I felt her work was average to below-average. I have had 5 people highlight my hair throughout my life... and she has been near the bottom of my list. I also would say her customer service skills were poor. She had a walk-in client in her chair when I arrived on-time for my appointment and had the audacity to ask me to wait (she was just starting to highlight this woman's hair). Anyway, don't waste your time ladies... her prices aren't low enough to justify the poor service and average highlights.
