They seemed to have the best price for the camera I ordered (Sony DSC-TX5) and phone ordering was fine. The only exception is that they were a little pushy about cross-selling me an SDHC card and implying that I really needed to buy one from them to make the camera work properly. I knew this wasn't the case. I already have a 16GB Class 6 SDHC card which I was sure would work since the specs for the camera indicate only a Class 4 SDHC card is required to shoot HD video. My Class 6 SDHC card works just fine.
