Sony HDR-CX560V
After shopping the web for a new HD camcorder, I settled on the Sony HDR-CX560V and was shocked to find 42nd Street Photo to be one of the most reasonable vendors for this camcorder.
There were a few other vendors that offer ""too good to be true"" pricing, but they only had 5 reviews compared to 42nd Street Photo with over 670 reviews.
Sure, I did received a pre-shipment phone call with the upsale on accessories. I said no, they accepted almost gracefully. It's good to see a company out there trying to make the sale. I know the next time I shop with them, they are going to put the customer's wallet first. I'm okay with that.
Five stars review to me means shipping the product in the time promised, with the exact product purchased, and having it arrive in one piece ready to work. They met all of my requirements. No harm, no foul for the upsale phone call.
