Like most I was unsure of ANY lawyer (usually there are hundreds of ""bad lawyer jokes"" proving they are bloodsucking vultures). With Michael Berger this IS NOT THE CASE AT ALL!\r

I was a ""Silver State Helicopter"" unfortunate soul and believed I was going to be in debt for the rest of my life with nothing to show for it but a bad mistake. My initial impression was I thought he was arrogant...I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! I was expecting to never hear from anyone in his office but was repeatedly contacted whenever things came up related to the case. I would send any e-mails out and within an hour (if not on some occaisions, minutes) it would be responded to. I was surprised to actually talk to him directly many times if I had a question.\r

I would recommend Michael to ANYONE. Just understand a few things...\r
1) If you have to contact a lawyer you are already having a bad day/week/year so understand that about yourself and take the time to ""organize"" your thoughts and questions. Michael will answer them so come prepared, because he definately IS!\r

2) Google ""Silver State Helicopters"", it was a big issue and strength in numbers always helps but I would still contact Michael after seeing his style, his brains, and what he accomplished given my communications with him.\r

3) If he is ""short"" with you on the phone/e-mail understand that he is busy, you are paying for his brains, his time, and his talent. My need for Michael is the FIRST time I can honestly say something GOOD ABOUT A LAWYER! If there is a second time...I would go back to him even if it were not his speciality (say criminal vs bankruptcy) because at the very least if he couldn't do it he could point me in the right direction of someone who could!!!!!!!\r

Pros: Could use a stopwatch for response times to calls/e-mails, followed through with all promises, was clear about potential risks/game plans
