Review content:
So, I had to write something after I read the ridiculous review from ""jake08"". I have lived at Aspyre since September 2009. I was one of the first residents of Aspyre. My roommate and I absolutely love it here. We have lived in the dorms and at Copper Beech and I must say this is the nicest place in Columbia for students to live. The appliances are your standard Kenmore appliances. No, they are not stainless steel but they work just fine. I am no genius or anything but the thermostat for the apartment is located in the living room. Thus, the living room is always cooler than the bedrooms. My roommate and I sleep with our bedroom doors open at night so our rooms generally stay as cool as the living room. When you close your doors the rooms will be hotter since the air flow is restricted.....DAH!!!!! Anyways, our electricity bill has been an average of $85. What are you doing to cause your electric bill to be that high jake08? TURN YOUR LIGHTS OFF ONCE IN AWHILE! The office staff is great. The ladies are so sweet and helpful. The gentleman that works in the office is super cute and nice. The maintenance staff is prompt and assertive. I love it here and would never have leased at The Lofts...gross!!!!!!!!
