I had a surprisingly exceptional experience with MDofPC. I usually encounter companies who are completely baffled about my computer issues and who offer little or no results. This particular issue was a complete breakdown in my laptop and I was so afraid of losing all of my data because I hadn't backed up my files. I called up mentioned my dilemma and spoke with their technician who put me at ease and mentioned to me he would arrange a free pick up within a 2 hrs span. I was impressed at his demeanor and his patience in listening to what I had to say and his ability to explain in detail the situation in a no rush attitude on the phone. He said I shouldn't worry and he would take a look at it and let me know what was wrong the following day. He fixed it completely, recovered all of my data, backed up my data as well. My computer was running faster than ever and I was so relieved and couldn't believe it was that easy. He also offered his support after the job was complete as well. I am so grateful to MDofPC. They are the best!
