I knew I should have never rented from this place but I did not go with my gut feeling and decided to go ahead and sign a lease. Bad choice.FYI- Always trust your gut. From the start the management was rude. They rushed me through the paperwork and acted like they had something else better to be do. It was extremely expensive rent but they assured me that I was getting great security and that the reason the rent was high was because of all the ammenities like the security gates that you had to have a key card to get through. Well it sounded great but the gate was hardly up half of the time because intoxicated college kids would drive into it at night after a heavy night of drinking, and they were always having to repair it. You had to be careful to take a walk at night in fear that someone driving fast around the curb might strike you with their car. The walls were so thin that everytime the neighbors above had a ""Romantic night"" you could hear everything! so nasty! The parties were non-stop around where I lived and people were so loud at all hours. Most of the people who live around there are college kids who dont work and they get everything paid for them so they do not care what property they destroy or if they are being curtious to their neighbors. They are really mean people who think they are better than everyone else and if you try to say ""Hi"" they look at you like you are weird. It is just an overall bad place to live and not worth the overpriced rent.
