It was just unbelievable how they restored my mom's mercedes to show room conditions. 3 weeks ago my mom was involved in an accident and wrecked her mercedes and Arlington Auto Body gave my mom and me all of the atention we needed at that moment, I also noticed that they have personnel that speak portuguese and spanish which was excellent because my mom speaks spanish, speaks english also but she's more confortable speaking spanish. Anyways Maria Moretti along with Lisa the secretary were very helpful and guided us through all the process with the Insurance Company and getting the police report. They also managed to get us a rental car which was very convenient. I can't say enough about the quality of their work, the excellent customer service and pleasant people that run this business.
