I can only review on what I have seen from this company. I have called more than 5 times in the last 3 months regarding the trash pickup for a building they manage in the Ravenswood area. They obviously don?t pay their bills for their HOA since one in March 2011 and again in June 2011 the dumpster for their building has overflowed completely leading to rats and birds dissecting the trash bags. I have called the company on several occasions and give a remark that they have either too many people in the building, others throwing trash in their garbage or the service didn?t pick up. I live on the block the service does pick up, if they had too many people then rent another dumpster, and everyone in the neighborhood has their own dumpsters and throws their garbage in their respective receptacles. Again, I can only review on what I have seen and what I have seen is POOR management of bill paying.
