Review content:
I had a water line break and called Gene Johnson for repairs. It took them 2 hours for the repair and they charged me $1,300. They knew that I was desperate to restore service and that I had home owners insurance to cover costs, therefore they took advantage of me. I would never use them again. Very deceptive practices.
