I PURCHASED 14 HELIUM FILLED BALLOONS OF WHICH WERE ALL BOUGHT FROM VARIETY OUTLET . THE BALLOONS DID NOT FLOAT 5 HOURS AFTER I PURCHASED THEM . I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND NO ONE COULD SPEAK TO ME ABOUT THE BALLOONS . THEREFORE I WENT TO THE PASCAGOULA LOCATION WERE THE BALLOONS AND WAITED FOR APPROX: TEN MINUNTES UNTIL THE OWNER /MANANGER RICK DECIDED TO COME OUT FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE .. HE SAID THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO . THERE WILL NOT BE A REFUND OR ANY MORE BALLOONS . I THINK THIS IS POOR BUSINESS.EVERY DOLLAR COUNTS IN A BUSINESS AND THE MONEY I SPENT WILL NO LONGER BE SPENT AT ANY OF THESE CHAIN STORES ESPECIALLY THIS ONE . I WILL NOT HELP YOU STAY IN BUSINESS.
