Review content:
These people con you into signing a two-year contract with no way to get out of. They are rude, un-ethical and I'm shocked they are still in business with the way their customers are treated.
Their front desk staff - the face of their company - know nothing about corporate polices and therefore consistently give out false information. They try to sell you a different lotion every time you walk in and the beds are crap - missing light bulbs in the majority of the rooms.
I am furious with service and willingness to provide customer service - DO NOT TAN HERE.
