Review content:
I called about a puppy and the woman gladly gave me all the information about him. I told her I'd stop by the next day to put a ""hold"" on him (aka downpayment) until he was ready to come home with me. I called right near their closing and said I'd be by the next day. I showed up one hour after they opened, and was informed that my puppy had already been adopted! They said they did a ""phone application"" just before I arrived. I was never informed of a phone application by the woman over the phone. I informed them of this and they stated that they were ""unsure who I talked to yesterday"" and there was nothing they could do about it! Do not trust this place!
Pros: Shelter adoptable dogs/cats
Cons: Messy, smelly, unorganized, misleading
