I pre-ordered the Zenyatta model as well as the hot colored shipping blanket and WEG blanket. I was pleased with the prompt shipping despite very poor weather conditions, packaging, and staff was friendly, but There was a flaw with my zenyatta model. After making golden oak stable aware of the problem they quickly responded saying that a replacement would be sent with my next order free of charge. Excellent service and would order from them again after seeing how much they really do care about customer satisfaction!
