Review content:
ordered product and they said it would be there in 2 days and they would call when it came in. They never called so I called to see if it had arrived the man was very rude and said"" you just ordered it 2 days ago. We told you we would call when it comes in."" So, this morning we called again because we heard nothing from them and guess what- It was aat the store the night before and we never got a phone call. We went and picked it up ( we already pre paid for it before they ordered it) they didn't order the cleaner to use with it and couldnt tell me when it would be there. I talked to the manager and told him we wanted to return it since we have not even plugged it in and he said there are no returns on ordered products. No where do they have a sign or did they tell this to us before we purchased it. We have spent over 200 bucks renting a steam cleaner for this week. We thought we would do buisness with a local company and spend our money in our own town, but never again will I do buisness with this company unless they make this right. Very rude ... I will not recommend this company to anyone. I could have ordered this online and got a better deal and better service.
