Review content:
Every time I've been here, it's been only an average to below average experience. I get better customer service at the Hair Cuttery in Cockeysville, MD than here. I see no reason to spend so much money at this average to below average salon. They need to choose better hair stylists. It's a below average salon dressed up to appear better than it really is. The last time I went my hair stylist Jenn talked about how much she didn't want kids after I talked to her about my child. Then she had negative opinions at the fact that I took my child there for a hair cut. She thought that children should be young and their hair shouldn't matter at that young age. I was surprised at her negativity about children and her lack of support for her company. Then she complained that I hadn't made an appointment with her in 6 months, which obviously was too long for her. Her rude facial expressions were alarming to me. I did not know how long I had waited to have her cut my hair again, but she let me know with her sour attitude. Hair stylists have poor communication skills and are unhappy people. It's been worse at the About Faces Day Spa in Towson, MD. Unbelievable!
I have now come to the conclusion that About Faces is a below average salon.
Pros: appearance
Cons: hair stylists (Jenn and Mardi), customer service
