I have been to a few nail salons in the area, I've never been ""WOWed"" but I have been satisfied. That is until I got cut at Star Tips and realized how unsanitary many of these places were. I decided to try a more upscale nail salon and I had the most AMAZING experience. I visited the About Faces in Timonium and saw Janice, and my sister saw Anastasia. I got a french manicure and my sister got a regular manicure. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by Ashley (very pretty and smiley!) who immediately offered us something to drink while we waited (we only ended up waiting for a minute or so) and she led us back to the nail part of About Faces, where we were offered a drink again (how nice!). We were immediately set down and those ladies made you feel like you were best friends all your lives! They did a beautiful job on both of us and I wanted to stay longer just to keep talking with them! As we left they offered us some tea to bring with us on our way home, they obviously cared about us!
It was a little more expensive then I'm used to but you get what you pay for and I tell you, it was WORTH IT. I cant wait to go back again!!!!
