Review content:
I have shopped at both Kraft Music and Musiciansfriend, and found them to be good. But Randee's Music Center treats you like a person, and not like a number by an order taker. Randee's take into account your wants, needs and budget. In addition, I found the following:
1. A showroom to test the equipment before making a wrong purchase
2. Exemplary service before and after the sale
3. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, particularly Joel
4. Competitive prices with the mail orders (excepting sales tax)
I purchased a Yamaha Clavinova from Randee's because I did not want to end up penny smart, but pound foolish.
