this is my 4th Jeep Wrangler - and i cannot count how many other times i've been in dealerships for myself, family and friends.... usually it takes forever and is a grind. I worked with Jeff T. and along with the sales manager they just ""got to the point"" offering me a price better than I expected (i researched before going in) and fairly quickly coming to a very fair price for my trade in. I think this was the fastest we have EVER come to terms on the sales floor --- and with a smile on everyone's face.
In the finance room, something seemed wrong, and Miguel took extra time -- without hesitation -- to help me break down all of the pieces of the deal from the agreed upon price, discounts and trade in values as well as other necessary fees. By the end, i felt like I INDEED received a GREAT DEAL and they took the time with me to help me feel really secure in my purchase.
This time, driving off the lot, i didn't feel like i got screwed by the dealer. This time - i grinned ear to ear as i simply got into an awesome new Jeep for the right price, without having to go through all the games.
These guys are serious about making people happy. I'm one happy Jeeper, for sure.
