This agency is after your money. Summer 2005 I was invited to live in one of their model apartments. I was told it was in New York and i would be living with a maximum of 3 other girls. I ended up in New Jersey living with 8 girls in a cramped 1 bedroom apartment above a Subway resteraunt. The agency put beds in the living room and dining room for us to sleep on. The 8 of us each paid about $3,000 each for 3 months rent. Over the course of the summer i only got maybe 10 castings and one job at a hair salon for $500. None of the other girls even got one paying job. Every time I would try to go to the office to see my ""agent"" Aristeo was his name I would wait for hours to see him then he would just tell me not to worry he would call me the next day with castings. They also set up a photo shoot for my portfolio with a photographer named Lucian. It was at his stanky loft where he and his girlfriend were practically fornicating in front of me during my shoot. And the pictures turned out horrible because he used a regular digital camera. IKON models is a SCAM!!!!! AVOID at all cost.
