I wish more businesses operated like Hi-Tech Automotive. I have been going there for 4 years and in that time I've taken 3 BMW's, 1 Scion xb and my Lexus. KoKo and Eddie are great and the work they do is better than any dealer or random auto store. At my job I am responsible for taking care of multiple cars and I've experienced some shady and unethical business practices at local repair shops and even at the BMW dealership. As a matter of fact I found Hi-Tech after being frustrated at spending thousands of dollars and multiple trips to a local BMW dealership to fix issue after issue. One trip to Hi-Tech and they repaired everything in one shot. I continue to return to Hi-Tech because they are great at detecting the issue and quickly repairing the problem. Best of all their prices are competitive and they offer rides in their Prius company car. If you are looking for a honest, fast and reputable shop to fix your car this is the place.
