I have typed 3 reviews but on other sites and they messed up and didnt go through. I just want to say Thank you In-shape for my weight loss, i have lost 61 pds from June08-Oct 08....ive maintained my weight but I need to lose 10 more pds to be at my goal weight which is 125. I have had alot of followers go behind me and tried Inshape with results as well. They provide you with all the information you need and ifyou need anything they are right there. YOU ROCK!
Pros: the doctor evaluates you , they check your pressure (cant typeblod word here), check your medical history
Cons: honestly dont know of any.
