Review content:
Years ago this park used to be well-kept and clean. The neighbors were friendly and there really wasn't a lot of ""trash"" in the trailer park. Well, in the past 15 years, I have watched the park take a turn for the worse. Now, the kids run wild, the security is lax at best, the front gate is rarely shut, even in the evening, and the management is far below par. The clubhouse needs a good cleaning and painting, that is, if the wood isn't as water damaged as it looks! The children's playground is graffiti-covered, the slides ruined, and there is a wooden board where the tube slide once was, before the teenagers ruined it. There is always glass in the surrounding sand also, which isn't so great for the children's feet.
Pros: Close to I-75.
