Ok, first of all the girls at the check in counter have major attitude for no apparent reason. After I waited 15 minutes (and I'd had an apointment) I had my color done. I asked for warming up of my blonde highlights- I now have dark black and honey striped hair. NOT amused. Then after my shampooing I was supposed to get my hair cut. I was told it would be a 35 minute wait- while i sat there with soaking wet head! They finally agreed to have someone else cut my hair- but she was apparently angry to have to do so and was rude and cut off more than I asked for. It looks like my little sister cut it. Then when I went to check out the colorist had added 4 hair products to my ticket that I did not ask for. When I asked her what they were she said snidely ""remember we talked about this during your coloring?"" Um- yes I remember her telling me about them- I do not remember saying I wanted to buy them- in fact I didn't say anything like that at all. This was one of the worst hair experiences I've ever had. SO not worth the money. I'm warning people because I am new to the area and tried to find reviews to this place before I went and could not. Hopefully I can stop another unsuspecting person from throwing money away here.
