Took my 12 year old to get her hair layered & Suxianne commenced to complaining about her hair, complaining about what shes not doing & when my daughter told what she wanted done, ""Sux""ianne said ""I'm not going to do it, I just won't do it, the combination of things you want done is the worst"", its not her hair & I'm the PAYING customer....MAKE SURE YOU NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY HER. My daughter is 12 & she doesn't know about taking care of her hair yet, this so-called hair stylist should've have RECOMMENDED advice but instead she was rude. Instead of causing a scene, I didn't tip her & posted this complaint.

Cons: PARKING, OPERATOR TELLS YOU THE HAIRCUTTERS LEVEL WHICH MEANS NOTHING TO ME!
